Tower of London.

Os presento one of the places (uno de los lugares) más antiguos y bonitos de la ciudad cosmopolita de Londres. Se trata de la Tower of London. (Torre de londres).
Data del siglo XI, año 1066.
La fortress (fortaleza) consta de varias partes. Por un lado, tenemos la maravillosa wall (muralla) y la torre blanca al fondo del lugar, la cual data del año 1078, levantada por Guillermo el conquistador, poseedor de Inglaterra en aquellos tiempos.

Vamos, en primer lugar, a repasar el vocabulario que se estudió el día anterior, y lo vamos a repasar con este jueguecito:

Gramática del tema 5 que llevamos hasta ahora:

WHERE IS...? : ¿DONDE ESTÁ....?
It is....: eso está...
They are....: ellos están....
THERE IS: hay ( en singular)
THERE ARE: hay (en plural)

on: encima
in: dentro
above: sobre
beside: al lado
next to: al lado
near: cerca
in front of: en frente de...
between: en medio


Ejemplos: 
where is the gorilla? ¿donde está el gorila?
It is next to my house : eso está cerca de mi casa.
They are next to the church : ellos están cerca de la iglesia.
There is a monkey : hay un mono
There are five monkeys: hay cinco monos.






TAREA:

Vais a describir el zoo que aparece en el libro "AT THE ZOO" (lo tenéis en el vídeo que os he dejado más abajo), no tiene por qué ser exacto, podéis describir parte de las imágenes. Primero escucharéis el cuento entero una vez, y luego pasaréis a describir ese zoo.
Tenéis que usar algunas preposiciones de lugar (on, in, under, in front of, over, behind, beside), y las estructuras THERE IS/ THERE ARE.
Lo hacéis en el cuaderno y luego dibujáis el zoo.


Ejemplo:

My zoo is very big. It has got many different areas and spaces. The monkey area, the elephants area, the giraffes area and the snakes area.
There are five snakes in this zoo. There is one grey snake and there are four brown snakes.
There is one elephant, that is the mother, Kkuka.
There is one daddy elephant, khukko.
There are three little elephants.
The elephants are next to the monkey area. The snakes are in front of the monkey area and the giraffes are in the giraffe area next to the trees and in front of the gorillas.
